No service

We have been waiting on a credit from Woodmead. Tried to contact them on their national number getting no answer. Also tried to phone Woodmead branch nobody answers their telephone lines!! This is absolutely radiculous!! Makro does not need business. They don’t answer their telephone lines or emails!!
