No service

I cannot believe the poor service we received from Makro Jhb. We ordered 10x boxes of Typek paper for our business on the 12th of August. After a week of not any communication i decided to follow-up. Surprise surprise your order is sent to Cape Town. We are staying in Upington, Northern Cape. So we changed the address and the promised delivery will be made Tuesday, 20th of August. Here we are on the 23rd already, no paper, no customer service and no answer when we try to follow-up our order. I think it is very pathetic. Please contact us with information regarding our order.
