No sense of urgency and pathetic customer care.

If there was a zero rating,I would give them because they don't even deserve a one.

I ordered 2 items on the 23rd of Jan 2025 for a next day pick up,in summary, I'm still waiting and being told "Kindly note that your order is on confirmed status, when it leaves the store and is out for delivery you will be notified." everyday.The fact that the word "delivery" is being used every time i follow up is clear that that's an answer every customer gets without even properly checking the order. I read the reviews before making an order and called customer care before making the order and I got confirmation that the store has the items I'm planning ro order and the delivery and pick up services have improved. I should have just listened ro my gut feeling.
