No response to a return logged more than a month ago
Order number : MAK*** I ordered 48 toilet paper online , I received 6 packs of 10 of an inferior quality and therfore logged a return the day it arrived. I have called 4 times to confirm that they have received instruction of the return and each time I was told it will be escalated. To date, I have not received what I paid for and no communication

02 May 2025, 04:46My return was finally collected with no prior communication, the delivery company just rocks up to collect,anyway , and now what? No feedback from Makro on what is the next step? Will I be refunded? The right product will be delivered?...........
