No response on query re my order

I ordered from Makro online nearly 10 working days ago (MAK734387) and there was stock. I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I get no answer from their telephone number ********** 999 and they do not respond via the queries logged through their site. If this is the quality of their online business the better stop doing it.
