No response, no delivery after payment

Never buy online from Makro!!!

I placed an order of less than 6 items 3 weeks ago and I have still not received my stuff. I set it for collection to reduce time wasted on delivery, but clearly this didn't help speed up the process.

I have tried to phone several times but no one ever answers, after sending a mail I received a automated "we are working on it and will revert back to you ASAP" mail.

THIS IS NOT SERVICE OR A PROPER RESPONSE AS IT DOESN'T PROVIDE ANY SOLUTION OR A TIME FRAME OF WHEN THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED!!!

A proper response will provide a date of when you can deliver the service that your client paid for.
