No response from on cancellation and refund of order

Absolutely disappointed in the customer service, I did online shopping where i paid using payflex and my account was debited twice and created two different installments for one order. I have sent numerous emails no response. When i call no one seems to know who my query can be direct to. I did this purchase beginning of January and nothing has been done about this instead i am getting debited for further payments.
