NO RESPONSE FROM MAKRO ON SERIOUS PROBLEMS

On 21 Feb and on 17 March I logged a major complaint on Hello Peter regarding Makro Rcs account.

I paid extra money into my account to be in advance AND MY ADVANCE AMOUNT DISAPPEARED.

Now Makro keeps sending sms's that I'M IN ARREARS.

Please fix this MAKRO.

WHERE IS MY MONEY THAT IS IN ADVANCE ?????????????

MAKRO IS A **** RESPONSE COMPANY, ALL MAKRO DOES IS, "WE'VE REFERRED IT TO THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT"
