NO RESPONSE FROM MAKRO ON-LINE SUPPORT
I received my on-line order with 6 incorrect items - items that I did not order. I tried to "Log a return" [3 times] on-line but it didn’t work. I was not able to select the items to be returned. I emailed makroOnline support shortly after receiving the incorrect items [20 December at 11h16], but I have NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Kindly: 1. Collect the incorrectly delivered 6 items and exchange them for the correct ones, or 2. Collect the 6 items that I did not order and refund me.

Just tried [for the 5th time] to log a return and was not able to.
Now, I have given up with Makro On-Line.
