No Response from Makro

Hi, I listed a complaint on the Makro website regarding a service provider they advised me to use which clearly does not have any experience doing the job i.e aircon installation.<br> <br> It has been almost 2 weeks and there has been no response from Makro, they dont seem to care that they customers are being advised by their staff who are obviously getting a cut for the referral !!<br> <br> I called the store and all get is that somebody will call back - time to go shop somewhere else...#Makro is useless
