No response from customer care to emails

I'm trying to contact them to remove two reviews that I did on products (I managed to fix the issues myself), but they just never reply to my emails. Now I have to write a bad review on hellopeter to get them to remove two of my bad reviews on their own website. I hope this gets their attention.
