No response for 2 months - online return

Ordered 2 x 65" TV online, delivery was quick but one was non functional from the box - made a return ticket online 20 February 2025 and still have not been contacted to resolve the issue on 10 April 2025 - All I want is to replace TV with functional one - even though I received email confirming return request, it doesn't appear on my online account, i've sent emails to every Makro email i can find and no response -
