No Response after promise of feedback

I have lodged a complaint on Hellopeter on 1 Nov 2018. Mr Mbali Makhanya responded on Hellopeter promising feedback, but up to now I have received no further response. Really Makro, why do you still respond on Hellopeter if you have no intention of responding to your customers/clients directly. It is just good window dressing which belies your exceptionally poor client service. You disappoint me even further. Please ups**** your staff or it will come back to haunt you in future in this difficult economic climate.
