No regard to the consumer protection act

Hi guys dont buy Lap tops from Makro. Bought one two days ago for my Son for Christmas.Opened it on Christmas day and its Broken took it back this morning.Makro refused to refund us and informed us that it will be send for a assessment in January no refund or exchange possible at this stage please share to warn other consumers.This is so against the CPA.Please thing twice before shopping at Makro.Makro please note in store policies cant overwrite legal legilastion.
