No Refunds 2 weeks later

I have been doing a lot of online shopping over the last few years however I have to say that Macro is by far rated the lowest on my list.

Personally I would not recommend using Macro Online.

Reasons: 1. Waiting more than 2 weeks for Refund to be done Even though I have received confirmation 2 weeks ago that the refund was sent through to the finance department I have yet to receive my money/refund. Not sure how other online shops manages to do this within a week..

2. No feedback to acknowledge emails sent to online team. I requested a the return/exchange of an item however no feedback provided by Macro Online. They arrived to fetch the item without any notification. Even with me waiting for my refund. No communication or reason for the delays. I would suggest Macro Online team work on their communication/notification system.
