NO REFUND YET.

I had done an online order on the Makro Online App and it was the most horrible thing ever.

I received no updates and the communication is so bad. My order got cancelled without my knowledge. It has been over a week now, I am still waiting on my money and when I try to contact the Customer Service Team, my emails get ignored. The WhatsApp line breaks each and everytime, the phone just rings or I'm left on hold every single. ITS BAD BAD BAD!

My shopping experience was already so bad, I thouggt that the refund process would've been smooth but yet, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY.

This is so damn unprofessional and *********. I am honestly never shopping here again.
