No refund received

Purchased a set of bar chairs from Makro Online more than 2 weeks ago and immediately processed a return as try e items arrived as it did not fit my kitchen. I am still waiting for a refund to be processed and apparently the Makro store can not help you as the online department is external sellers. This is ridiculous and I can not keep chasing for my money. This is going to be taken up with consumer goods
