No Refund on Cancelled Order - No Delivery on Other Order

I have received a horrible experience with Makro Online. I have made two orders on the 3rd of August of which one has been cancelled on the same day. Till today I haven't received my refund after calling and emailing multiple times. The other order was a birthday gift for my son - and till today he hasn't received it, although it states that the order has been delivered. I have called multiple times to inform Makro and all they just say is "they will escalate" or "it will be investigated". The morning I called again to hear that the investigation has been closed as there was a POD (with no name on it and I they did not verify any signature). This is pathetic from Makro as I identify Makro now as ******* for not refunding my money, *****sters for not delivering items and closing cases without proper investigation, and ********* as their business practices are non-existent.
