No refund, no correspondence, no accountability

I bought a kirstR-F Storage Kist Solid Wood Free Standing Chest of Drawers via their market place this was on the 20th August 2025 and by the 18 September the *****s were already loose sent an email and the came fetched the item the 22nd and since then there hasn't been any communication whatsoever... I am waiting for my refund or replacement of that item and noonebis bothered to communicate. The service is poorly funny it took them a day and the following day they came to collect the item and now they dragging theirs feetsbto refund or resolve the issue. Is there anyone available to assit Are we buying from robots? What's the silent for? Will I ever get helped or I'm I being ****med?
