NO REFUND - MAK***

Pathetic service from Makro. i placed an online order on 04 Jan 23 and made payment for this order. i was informed the next day that they had no stock and had to cancel the order. i was then told i would be refunded, 2 weeks later when i followed up i was told that i was refunded on my online profile. i then requested an eft refund where i captured my banking details on 23-01-23. a month later and numerous phone calls and emails later i still have no refund. every time o call i get a different answer from the call center. this has been escalated several times and still no feedback. this is beyond frustrating. the amount of times i have called and been put on hold for more that half an hour only to be told they will escalate it to finance. thats about all that gets done!!!!!!!!
