No refund made for the microwave

No refund made to my till to-date. Microwave was returned to Makro Montague Gardens in August, there's no sense of dedication neither to staff at the store and the contact center agents or case managers. I have spent approximately R30k in June, buying staff at Makro including the microwave which did not last month and the half,I regret so much that given a chance I would return everything and look for another wholesaler. I don't know how many times I have been requesting my refund. To them my refund is the call to say sorry without the solution.
