No refund given, waiting 15 days now for the refund.

I ordered a package of over R1000, the money went out of my account but I never received a notification about my parcel (5th April). I then cancelled my order to get a refund because Im not getting my order. After 2 emails they called me and said they’ll do my refund. Ive send 3 more emails and no answer back. I had to call them to get in contact with them and I still haven’t received my refund. It’s now the 20th of April and I still didn’t receive my refund. Im highly disappointed and frustrated. I had to do another oder just to get my parcel in time for my event. I really am disappointed because thats alot of money and they’re ignoring my emails and only making empty promises.
