No refund from cancelled order. No Stock available.

Good day

I purchased a product on Makro Online on the 15th May 2026, order number OD*** and a day before delivery the order was cancelled due to no stock being available. I was notified that a refund will be processed. To date I have not received any refund despite contacting Customer Services and receiving reference numbers, [#30SFK], 2VVCO, 2VQ13, 2VG91.

The product is still advertised on the Online Platform and when queried I am informed that the seller is a 3rd party.

Dont buy from this online platform as customer service is non existent.
