No refund for the order they cancelled

Makro is playing games with me they cancelled my order now I have to beg them for my refund it’s been weeks now still my refund has not been processed and they are now violating my rights since i am entitled to my own money so I don’t understand why can’t they give me my money since they failed to deliver my products.Their agents lie everyday when I call them they say the matter is being escalated even today there’s no positive feedback with regards to my refund Makro is making money by ****ming us
