No Refund for Over a Month and Agents will block you on chat.

Waiting over a month for TWO Refunds on TWO different orders. Items were cancelled as there was no stock.

I have tried calling, but agents hang up, and don't call back. Tried the "chat" option but all they say is "it's with Finance", Agents will then block you from being able to chat or ask further questions.

Worst online experience ever.
