NO REFUND FOR MY ONLINE ORDERS placed in JULY 2023 now it’s September

I ordered items online on in July, then Makro cancelled my orders saying they are out of stock and they will process my refund, now since July until they haven’t given me my refund, I call them everyday the consultants keep on saying they are escalating the matter and the refund is not getting approved , I send emails to Makro online and Bongani Kubeka who was the first person to ask for my account details to process the refund in July but they don’t respond , I really need my money it’s been too long , it’s a lot of money and I can’t let Makro scan me like this
