No refund for a recalled unsafe step ladder.

On the 15 July 2023 I returned a step ladder that was recalled and to this day I have not received my refund.You sell me a product that has not passed the SABS standards nd put my life at risk,and when you have to refund me for that ******* product you delay even after furnishing my details and doing follow ups.Makro is a very old and reputable business and dont expect this kind of Service similar to fly by night hardware shops.Can I have my money back.
