No refund and no feedback

I returned a chest of drawer 4 weeks ago and I was told I would receive my refund in 14 days. I have sent countless e-mails and calls but I have been sent from pillar to post. The customer service is so useless, they keep on making the same promises that i will receive my money in 5 days but I haven’t received any feedback from the emails i sent or my money. This is unacceptable as I am giving birth soon and I need that money to purchase another chest of drawer
