No refund and bad customer service

Its been two weeks sins I took back a ladder that was recalled by Makro. I went on 14 July to Makro Cape Gate. Up to today I have not received any refund. I have phoned the ***number and ***. Every person has different story. I was told to go back to Makro for another refund??
