No refund after more than a month

I bought a TV stick online and it stopped working. In October I reached out and was informed that the TV stick carries a 2year warranty. We do not live close toe a Makro store and on 5 January 2026 I returned the TV stick to Makro Wonderboom. I was then informed that the TV stick did not have a 2 year warranty but I have proof on my e-mail that this was the information communicated to me. The took the TV stick and promised that the money would be in my account in 2-5 working days. Since then, after numerous phone calls and e-mails and a lot of frustration, 30 working days later, I still did not get a refund and could not replace the TV stick. I really just want my money back please!!!!!
