No refund after a month

It has been over a month and I am still waiting for refunds for two different luggage set purchases which was presented as though there was stock and allowed me to pay for both purchases and thereafter, was not delivered which consequently resulted in myself phoning Makro to find out why the purchases were not delivered yet.

I have had to phone almost everyday to follow up on why the items have not been delivered, and thereafter, continuously chase up to cancel the purchases and then spend another week chasing them for a refund and then finally getting someone to approve the refund. I have managed to get one of the luggage sets approved for a refund but for the other luggage set, was told again today that it still had not been cancelled yet.

I have been told in every phone call that the issue is being escalated and when I call a few days later, nothing has been done which has caused me to constantly phone to get my refund but none of my efforts have resulted in getting any of my money back.

I am so tired of trying to be refunded. It has been such as extensive and exhausting process and so financially inconvenient.

I please ask that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
