NO refund after 6 weeks!

Made an order online 9 March. It was incorrect and cancelled it through customer care and it was confirmed. Order gor delivered anyway and was again cancelled and sent back with courier. From there it was numerous calls and emails without any feedback regarding the refund. Call centre say they can only escalate it through the system to finance and NO feedback 6 weeks later! I am so fed up and don’t know WHY I can’t even speak to the finance department. This is my last resort and I need answers yesterday! Makro YOU have the product and I don’t have the money?? Why is it easy to order something, but you just don’t care about the refund?? Please contact me urgently.
