NO REFUND after 6 months. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

On 09 October 2024 I placed an order online. While doing a payment through FNB there was an error and I paid via STD Bank. I noticed that both payments went through the bank. After 1000 of calls to the Call Centre and 1000 of emails I still have not received my refund. Absolutely terrible service for a big company like Makro. I will never order from them again!! They steel your money!!!
