No refund after 34 days and no one has even called me back

I bought an oven and hob from the Makro Online Store, it hung on payment, Makro took money from my account on thr 13th Dec 2021. I have phoned, emailed, went to the branch at Woodmead. No one returns my call or emails, it has been 34 days and no refund or delivery on the good, don't know what to do.
