No refund after 2 months

We bought a whole lot of items from Makro on Black Friday last year.. Took a month to get, and was mistakenly charged for 2 items of the same which we paid for and sent back with courier on delivery day for refund. Now after 2 months they claim they have not received anything bac**** So we lying?? Absolutely rediculous!!
