No Refund

Very bad service from Makro. I bought a microwave and when it got to me it was damaged so I had to return it, I had to wait for weeks for them to fetch it and on top of that I logged in for refund and I still haven’t received it it’s close to a month now I’m still waiting for my refund because I gave them their microwave back
