No refund !

I bought a belacoo stroller 3 in 1, it was available online only they had difficulty with the supplier and cancelled my order now I’m struggling to get a refund and I purchased on the 18th of August 2023 I even forwarded my banking details on the 14 September 2023 but when I call them and ask if it had been processed they said they haven’t received my banking details, it’s a different story each time I call, I am so frustrated.
