No Refund
Ordered 2 Polaroid smar****ches December 2022. Upon opening I saw that the seals of one box was removed and inside was clearly a used secondhand watch. Got them to collect the watch and asked for a refund. Forward 3 months later and I am still waiting on my refund. Every week when I call or email the same story, it was escalated as urgent but still no refund.
