No Refund

Ordered online and wrong item was delivered. They collected the wrong item on 16 October and until now no refund was received. No replies to emails. When you phone them they say problem is with 3rd party. I got hold of 3rd party and they say refund was processed to Makro. Be careful buying online from Makro.
