No refund - 3 Weeks later
I haven't received my refund for an order i cancelled on the 9th. Its been 3 weeks and counting, The call center agents keep telling me the same story that they will escalate to accounts and they will call me. But for two weeks i been calling regulary but still nothing. Nobody cares to call back with feedback.
