No refund
After cancelling an online order because of the time it will take to get the items. I decided to go and buy in store. And i was promised i will be refunded in 5-7 days. Today is the 14th day still nothing. The call center agency keep saying they will follow up and call me back, but nobody ever calls me back.

29 Jan 2019, 09:26So Makro was quick to respond and this agent promised he will handle the refund case himself. Another week has gone by, no feedback as promised. He apologised for others and he said he is different, but here we are again. 20 days and counting...
And the waiting game never ends.
Lets see how long this will take.
