No Refund

I placed an oder for dining chairs, made the payment, but received an email a few days later stating that my order was cancelled as there was no stock (why even accept my money knowing there is no stock?). According to this mail I would receive a refund in 4 to 10 days. After ten days, without a refund, I called Makro, suddenly they wanted proof of my banking details, which I sent on immediately (I wonder what would have happened if I didn't follow up), unfortunately it has now been a month without a refund, and I am sure I won't get any interest for the money that was in their bank account. Very poor service and my last order that I will ever place with Makro.
