No Prompt Response To Urgent Issue Regarding Delivery Order

I am yet to receive feedback on my previous complaint I lodged with Makro Silver Lakes through Hellopeter. I’ve went to the extent to contact Makro head-office and I’ve been told they still waiting to receive feedback from Makro Silver Lakes which has no been exactly a month since submitting my report as well with the Delivery guy.

I’m really disappointed customer at this moment because this issue could have been avoided by doing the right thing which was holding back my order as instructed.

I’m really inconvenienced and this will be the umpteenth time I am let down by Makro services regarding this issue.
