NO PRODUCT - NO REFUND - NOBODY CARES

I have been struggling since 1 April 2025 with a refund on an order that was cancelled by Makro on their online platform. I now have 4 reference numbers, have tried to speak to the "helpdesk" 3 times and have submitted personal information FOUR times, but no refund. What a useless organization. I see I am not the only one. Don't buy online - it doesn't work!
