No point in ordering online!

Terrible terrible terrible service - have not adhered to the delivery timelines - no updates on delivery - no return calls from call centre after them promising to update me on two occasions. Apparently no answer at Montague Gardens store so they cannot tell me the status of my order. I needed a big order of alcohol for a party this evening and it has not arrived after 5 days of waiting. I asked if I could get a refund or just go to store and pick up myself and call centre has no idea and just keeps saying "they are preparing your order"

MAKRO - don't offer an ecommerce offering if you cannot meet the demand and do not have an equipped call centre

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM MAKRO AGAIN. Excellent way to ruin a weekend for 40+ people
