No pitch from delivery assistant who had a babalaas

Terrible service from the delivery team from the Woodmead branch.

What’s the point of having a delivery team if the delivery arrives with only the driver and no assistant? I asked the driver where his assistant was, and he said the guy didn’t pitch up for work because he had a babalas from the public holiday the previous day.

As a result, I was forced to help the driver carry a heavy dishwasher into my property.

So, is the assumption that someone will always be available to assist the driver with heavy loads? What’s the point of paying for the service then? What if the customer is unable to carry the load?

Absolutely shocking service.
