No phone get answer, No service

I tried from Monday to get in contact with anybody at any Makro but they are to "Busy" to answer the phones, and I don't think any email get any attention because I have sent over 5 emails and not any respond. I am very disappointed in Makro and will never buy anything on the online service again. you are pathetic.

All I want to do is tell them they send me the wrong package but like I said no service.
