No Online Return Support
I previously gave Makro Online 5 stars. Seems that they have gone from hero to zero. I bought a Polaroid Dashcam online last October and the battery has failed so it needs to be returned. Makro's response is for me me to take this unit to my nearest store, which is 300km's away. Gr8 solution and no follow up whatsoever.
I wont be a Makro Online shopper any longer if they cant even service returns the way Takealot does.
