NO ONE TO ASSIST WITH MY ***** CASE

Makro service is ****, having been sent from pillar to post due to a purchase that I didn't make and Makro is unable to assist regarding the ***** that was committed on my account. I even went in store to enquire but still no help, I have been calling and being transferred to a line that keeps on ringing without being answered.
