NO NOTICE FOR COLLECTION AFTER ALMOST 2 WEEKS OF WAITING

I have placed a order on the 24.11.2017 but Im still yet to recieve any feedback on whats happening I was told that montague gardens will be having having stock by wednesday but still no stock or so it appears on the online website. All that I would like to know is when is the store going to complete my order I know you guys are busy but atleast give some sort of feedback please. My order number is MAK720467. AND DO NOT SAY YOU WILL GET BACK TO ME!!!! ONCE YOU REPLY TO THIS QUERY I WANT A ANSWER AS TO WHEN THE STOCK WILL BE ARRIVING OR WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY COLLECTION SMS. WORST ONLINE EXPIERENCE EVER!!!!!
